This gasket are comprised of a corrugated metal core, surrounded by a compressible sealing element. Corrugated metal gaskets for harsh conditions, extreme temps, corrosive chemical contact, and thermal cycling applications can be created by varying the metal and sealing element materials.

Suntex can provide a variety of material options for corrugated metallic gaskets. Metal core options include carbon and stainless steels, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, titanium, and more. Sealing element options include flexible graphite, PTFE, and numerous others.
